THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN YOU AND ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY ON WHOSE BEHALF YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS (collectively “You” or “User”) AND INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®), flagship of City Explorers (PVT LTD) and its subsidiaries (collectively “INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®)”) and INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) website, mobile site(s), social media page(s), E-mails, Promotional Mailers and other promotional collateral (collectively “INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®)Channels”)

INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) channels can be/are accessible by Users worldwide. User participation on INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) channels is voluntary and any information, personal or otherwise, contributed to INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) channels is done so upon the User’s own initiative. Users may discontinue participation at any time.

INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) considers its Users’ privacy to be of the utmost importance. Information posted or submitted to the INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) channels is governed by INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) Data Privacy Policy.

• Publish, post, upload or distribute another’s confidential, proprietary, sensitive or personal information or any information relating (directly or indirectly) to any past or existing commercial arrangements, contracts, engagements or provision of goods and services between any persons or organizations;
• Upload files that contain viruses, worms, corrupted files, or any other similar software, programs or malicious content that may damage the operation of systems hosting INDIA HERITAGE PARTNERS^® – IHP channels or another’s computer.
• Advertise or offer to sell or buy or make available  any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages in which case you shall not advertise or offer to sell or buy or make available any unlawful goods or services.
• Conduct or forward surveys (unrelated to City Explorers Pvt Ltd and its related subsidaries business), contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
• Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
• Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their and INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) consent.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Your participation in the Communication Services, including any personal web page or group identified as “private” or “secret” may be reviewed, edited, censored, removed or otherwise controlled by INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®), although INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) is under no legal obligation to you or any other person to do so, and shall not be responsible as author, editor or publisher (either directly or indirectly) for any information, ideas, data, materials or other content made available by you using the Communication Services. Notice and Takedown: INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) provides a “Notice and Takedown” mechanism for abusive or defamatory content, or other content precluded by these terms of use. Any content marked as “report abuse” or seen as “inappropriate” by a user or the team of the INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) is immediately put under review by the team and as a result of this review routine may be hidden from view until the event is addressed through our moderation process and if any post, thoughts, opinions or comments deemed inappropriate will be removed at the discretion of the moderation process.

Communities and Groups:  In certain areas of the INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®), users will able to create, join, participate and/or contribute to communities and collaborative groups. These groups are only to be created for the purpose of communicating, collaborating, or doing work with INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®). Creation of groups for purposes using information from INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) for personal communication is forbidden. No one apart from the INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) is allowed to create, manage the groups with the associates and participants of the group.The community guidelines are mainly listed below and are also specific to the pages, platforms, networking sites where they operate.
Be Kind and Courteous – We are all in this together, creating a welcoming and healthy environment for the community to flourish. Let’s treat everyone and their opinions with respect.
Violence and Criminal Behaviour – The community will NOT allow any form of violent or criminal behaviour. The community will always strive for safety. Any form of message or post indicative of suicide and self-injury, bullying or harassment, privacy violations, or image privacy rights will be strictly dealt with.
Objectionable Content – No Hate Speech, Religious Propaganda, Bullying, Abuse, and Political or sexist comments. Make sure that everyone is comfortable and feels safe. Hate Speech, Religious Propaganda, Bullying, Abuse, and Political or sexist comments will not be tolerated. The community is introduced for knowledge sharing and supporting people across the industry.
Integrity and Authenticity – Respect privacy at all cost, the community is introduced to share and exchange authentic, expressive discussions but it may also be sensitive and private. Whatever is shared in the group should stay in the group until the intent is specified.
Respecting Intellectual Property – The community takes intellectual property rights seriously and believes that they are important to promoting expression, creativity, and innovation within the shared information and knowledge on this platform or otherwise. Being a part of this community, we request you to respect other people’s copyrights, trademarks and other legal rights.
Content Related requests and decisions – No Spam, Promotion, Links, Sales Pitches, No meet-up request. We appreciate if the participants of the community keep the community free of spams, self-promotion (until it will benefit the community as a whole), Affiliate marketing links, sales pitches of any sort, and meet-up requests that are not organised by the community. The content shall be screened and approved by the Community Admins before posted.
Be Resourceful – Any concern, complaints, and questions about the community, content, or post should be directly addressed to the admins/moderators instead of arguments or debates
Be Clear and Relevant for Group and in Discussions – Please share information, articles, photos, or post anything that is relevant to the community’s whole theme as a whole and would add value to the group
Promote Inclusiveness and Diversity – The community is introduced has people from all walks of life. Being kind, courteous, and respectful is of utmost importance.

COVID – Terms and Conditions:
INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) & CEPL^® is committed to monitoring and amending our approach to travel during these uncertain times by providing guests with both flexibility, security and comfort. These Additional COVID19 Terms and Conditions are in addition to our Terms and Conditions for business. These Additional COVID19 Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with and are incorporated into our Terms and Conditions. Please note that if you have purchased experience/tour/ activity through a third party, your purchased will be governed by the third party’s terms and conditions of sale and any queries regarding your experiences/tours/walks/sightseeing or any service delivery arrangement. Before participating/joining an experience/tour/event, guests must familiarise themselves with and comply with the latest rules and guidance issued by the Indian government regarding COVID19. All customers should wear a mask, face shield, gown (if applicable) and sanitize their hands throughout the time on the tour/experience. Please maintain appropriate social distancing.All guests may be required to have their temperature checked before participating/joining on an experience/walk/tour. The individual/guest/guests will not be permitted if you are displaying a temperature of 38 degrees or higher. If a guest or member of the party is denied entry due to a failed temperature check, they will have an option of re-booking the experience to an alternative date for their visit (subject to availability). We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule a tour if local, state, or Central Govt authorities prohibit us from running the tour because of COVID-19 or any amendments in COVID 19 status or guidelines. The safety measures that are being and have been introduced on tours/experiences/travel services are intended to minimise the risk of COVID19 but this risk cannot be completely eradicated. By participating in a walk/tour or any Travel related activity, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID19 exists in any public place where people are present, and that you and those in your party voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID19 and agree not to hold INDIA CITY DISCOVERY^™ (ICD^®) & CEPL^®, the flagship brands, Partners or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers liable for any illness or injury. Anyone attending an experience/tour/walk/ activity acknowledges that they do so at their own risk.
